I made this card and candle for my Nieces baby who is being Christened on Saturday, I love this little baby image that I got from the Digi Stamp Boutique ( thanks Lynda ) I wanted to keep the card plain and mostly white for the occasion I used crystal stickles dots to fill up the white space around the die cut, the image on the candle is coloured but cannot be seen clearly through the cellophane, the picture on the right is the back of the candle.
The image on the right is also a digital image I cant remember where I got it but will add the name as soon as I look it up,
Wow - this is GORGEOUS! Love it!
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful Jackie. All the whiteness is perfect for a christening. The candle is great, you do them so well I always end up with bumpy bits on mine. The image on the back is devine. Don't forget to post where you got it (:o)x
ReplyDeleteReally beautiful Jackie, what a fab gift too!

ReplyDeleteHi Jackie, what a beautiful card and candle set. Great choice of image and the glitter looks fab. The colour scheme and layout is perfect. Thanks for joining in our monthly competition over at DSB. Hugs, Denise x
ReplyDeleteHi Jackie
ReplyDeleteI've just come across your blog and you do really gorgeous work. Can I just ask - how do you print onto a candle? I would love to do this for my sister and amen't sure if you can just print onto a clear label and stick it onto the candle or if that is just way too dangerous : )
Thanks
Sue
Hello Sue, you need a heat gun to melt the image on to the candle.
