Donna's Class at the Midsummer MegaScrap

This is my album from Donna's Class at the Midsummer MegaScrap here in Dublin..It was a fantastic day and I loved both classes. I kept my album plain and simple with clean edges because I was using photos of my son I didn't want it too flowery or fussy. There are eight pages altogether making a sixteen page album full of photos and embellishments so it feels really full and crammed packed even though I kept mine simple but you could let your imagination go wild with this one.

Tilda Summer Album.

Using the same card folds in the post below ( Card making with An Siopa Bui ) I made up this little Tilda Summer Album ,I always make little books and never seem to get the time to fill them so I stuck with this one and finished it.

Theme Thursday " fairies"

I made this Fairy door during the week for a forum challenge and thought it fit into the Theme Thursday challenge perfectly too.
I have described it in more detail in a few posts below this one.

Sunday postcard Art " Women"

This is my first time to take the new 4x6 Sunday Postcard Art challenge and it gave me an excuse to use this image which I love it also encouraged me to use colours I wouldn't usually use. The background is stamped and gold embossed on maroon coloured card and handmade paper.

Cardmaking

These are some of the cards I made while teaching card making with Kerry from An Siopa Bui today.I really enjoyed meeting new people, some who were already familiar with me even though I had never met them before so if any of you are looking in her please leave a comment to let me know =0) The four square cards were a huge hit and they can also be made up into an album , I really enjoyed making these. The top two cards were demonstrating stamping and embossing.
Thanks everyone for making it a lovely enjoyable day.

Fairy Door...

I made this little fairy door ( it measures 6 inches) for a monthly challenge! I used corrugated card which I scored to give a wood effect then coloured it with bronze and brown ink pads and sprinkled with gold utee,I then embellished it with charms etc and added my favourite flower fairy.

A couple more Tildas

I love these stamps mixed with a digital background and some diamond glaze for added dimension and shine.
