Scrapwest " Halloween "

The Scrapwest theme this week is " Halloween " so I decided to make a layout with the Capt'n Jack papers, for the map I used a rubber stamp and made a treasure chest filled with gems like the one I made for the Scrapwest cyber crop.

Digi Layout.

The Scrapwest theme this week was set by Audrey and was titled " Seven Deadly Sins " We were to chose one but when it comes to crafting I am guilty of three =0).

This is my very first attempt at a digi layout and am not too sure about it at all. I hope no experienced digi scrappers look in . I always wanted to give it a try and enjoyed the challenge..

Welcome to the team Kate...

SW, Wet, Wet ,Wet .

I set the Scrapwest theme this week which was " Wet, Wet, Wet " I took these photos last week on my holidays in Puerto Rico . I had a choice of using these or looking out the window and snapping the raindrops =0) But these are a bit more cheery looking.

The Scrapwest team.

The Scrapwest theme this week was set by Audrey and was a little bit different, We had to use a photo of the scrapwest team, this photo was taken in April this year at Crafteire in Tullamore. I decided to use this paper because as soon as I put the photo on it Ruth's top jumped out at me LOL then the rest followed. The felt flowers were from Craftsupplies.

Dublin City

The scrapwest theme this week was " City " and set by Lainey. I didn't get out and about this week with the camera but had these two photographs which I have always liked, they are of the Custom House here in Dublin by day and by night. I stamped the filigree design along the left side of the paper and added a Dublin crest. For a closer look at the photos go over to my Photo Blog.

It's the little things.

This weeks Scrapwest theme was set by Caroline and was a tough title for a cardie so I opted for another Layout =0) Most of the LO was made up from presents I received from fellow crafters over the past few months. ( Thanks everyone ) I used rubber stamps for the zig-zag stitching. I chose the photos because they show Stephen enjoying Comfort, Laughter and play. Little things everyone needs.

Bling

My Scrapwest submission for this week. The theme was BLING and was set by Audrey. I bought these shoes on holiday and believe me when you saw them in the sunshine they were bling, I never wore them they were too white and shiny to get dirty LOL. I still have them in the box. The shiny gems don't show up well in the photos. All the submissions this week were beautiful with great photos as usual.( I cant leave a comment on the scrapwest blog so well done everyone )

Happy Day Memories

The Theme for this weeks Scrapwest was " Happy day memories " and was set by Lainey. The three photo's were taken in Herbert Park, the top one is my mother with her sisters and their children, the middle is of me and my sister and the bottom one is my son. I still love to go to Herbert Park today to take photographs.

Although I am a card maker at heart I must admit I enjoyed making Layouts for Scrapwest and it has encouraged me to think
