Sassy Cheryls Challenge, week #28 Let it snow.

This weeks Sassy Cheryl's challenge is set by Jodi and is to use one of  Sassy Cheryls Snowman images with buttons, ribbon & sparkle, I have used the image " WINTER SNOWMAN ", I paper pieced the word WINTER and the snowmans scarf, the rest of the image I coloured with pro markers , for the bling I used clear stickles.To join us in this weeks challenge all you have to do is choose one of Cheryls images from the fantastic range HERE and follow the challenge theme, for some inspiration check out the beautiful DT's creations here.

Mami Doodles, Sketch challenge.

Sassy Cheryl's challenge week #27 Halloween/ Autumn

This week Judy set Sassy Cheryl's challenge with the theme Halloween/Fall, I used two images this week, the fun ghost image "A simple ghost "and the Halloween verse " Trick or Treat " I love both images and Cheryl has lots more Halloween and other new images here in her store.

I bought this border images a while ago from " Phindys place " and never used it , then when I saw this little girl image ( also Phindys ) I thought she was perfect with the border so I dropped her in the centre and printed out, there is so much detail in the border I left the card simple with no embellishments only the organza bow, I coloured with pro markers.

Isabella's Sketchbook Challenge Week # 19 " Buttons and Bows "

Isabella's theme this week is " Buttons and Bows " two of my favourite embellishments, I used the image " Dutch girl " for my card this week and coloured with pro markers.

A just because card ...

Now and again I make a card for no other reason than I just wanted to ! I dont plan to make a card for a challenge or occasion it just happens and cards like this are right up my street ! I love soft neutral/natural colours and a clean simple style, I think the cream and white in this card reflects that, It looks softer than the photo shows and the sentiment reads.

Use the talents you possess - for the woods would be silent if no birds sang except for the best.

The Mami Doodles challenge this week is " Anything Goes "" I used this great image "Lil 'Emilia in the corner " I have her sitting on a chipboard frame, the little mouse is also a Mami Doodles image ...

Isabellas challenge this week is to use punches, I used the image " Mary Mary " I made an apature card with the image on the inside and used two sizzix dies to make the opening circle and the scalloped edge, I punched out the flower layers and built up the flowers.
