Sassy Cheryl's challenge week #174 "Hats on"

I am the host for this weeks Sassy Cheryl's challenge and there are so many Sassy images with hats/caps I went with the theme " Hats on" I love to use white layers on my cards with a touch of colour so this week I went with a yellow and white card using the image  Just a little Hello you can find all the Sassy images with hats and caps here in Sassy Cheryl's shop and to join us in our challenges and be in with a chance to WIN Sassy images ... all you have to do this week is USE A SASSY CHERYL'S IMAGE WITH A HAT/CAP ON! easy as that :)

Dawn set the Sassy Cheryl's challenge this week and we are using Red,White and Blue, I chose Jitterbug Maddie and Max, I LOVE these two having a great time dancing to " Wake me up before you go go" they look like they are having so much fun, I dare you to read the verse and not sing along :)

Sassy Cheryl's challenge week #172 " Bling in the sun"

We are having a "Bling in the sun" fun challenge set by sassy Dawn this week, I love this great Sassy Cheryl's image Sassy Cinco De Mayo ..and you can get her HERE for only $1.00 . she is having so much fun dancing in the sun, I coloured her with promarkers and highlighted with glossy accents, the sun is very glittery and I added some bling to the dots.

Sassy Cheryl's challenge, week #171 " Here comes Summer"

 

 

Ann set the theme this week with Here comes summer ( not sure if the summer is coming or gone here in Ireland :(  I made a summer beach scene with Sassy Sally and Noah enjoying the sun,sea and sand, the images I used are A penny for your thoughts ( Sally) and He is loved ( Noah) pre- coloured images! I enjoy making fun step scenes brings me back to my childhood :)

Sassy Cheryl's challenge week #167 Stitch away!

Cathy is our host again this week and her chosen theme is " Stitch away" I used the image Quiet Moments I added faux stitching to border my frame and along two corners, I coloured with promarkers and distressed the edges, to join us all you have to do is Use a Sassy Cheryl's image and stitch away !

Cathy set this weeks Sassy Cheryl's challenge with the theme " Lace and handmade flowers" , I used one of my favourite images, Pollys tea cup,you can find her HERE, I coloured with promarkers and paper pieced the cup, I only realised after I took the photo that Pollys pearl in her ribbon took it on itself to move, ah sure no one will notice lol !!!! Sassy Cheryl's challenge week # !65 Girls rule!

Sassy Pat set the theme for this weeks challenge with " Girl Power" I stayed Girly for my challenge card with a fancy background, pearls, diamonds, hearts and flowers, lots of things I dont use on a boys card, I used the image Patience secret which is available on a sheet of rubber stamps HERE and also digital images HERE

Sassy Cheryl's challenge #164 " April showers and spring flowers"

This weeks Sassy Cheryl's challenge was set by Dawn " Spring flowers and April showers " I merged two Sassy images for my challenge card, Callies little umbrella and Fun in spring  ... I went easy on the embellishments as there was so much going on in the beautiful images, I added the " Happy" text ..... coloured with promarkers, distressed the edges with Tim Holtz distress ink and highlighted with glossy accents,

Sassy Dawn set the theme for Sassy Cheryl's challenge this week with " Monochromatic" I love to use sepia tones so challenged myself to use the same image I used for the challenge last week and try to make it look different, so I changed the shape of the image by removing one of the little birds, I LOVE this Maddie image " Quiet Inspiration! you can find it HERE along with the extra images included.

Sassy Cheryl's challenge week #162 Follow a sketch using a Sassy Cheryl's image!

I am this weeks host again for Sassy Cheryl's
challenge and I made up a sketch to follow, you can see the sketch and challenge details HERE, each time Cheryl makes up a new image I fall in love with it and think "thats it, thats my very favourite image !!!!" then she adds a new image and I think the same again " so I think I have to admit they are all my favourites, this one is a littly beauty in her fancy swimming hat and you will find here here, she is called "Quiet inspiration"I coloured her with promarkers and used distress ink for the sky background.

Sassy Cheryl's challenge time again and I had the pleasure of setting the theme this week, I kept it simple with " Anything goes" I used one of Cheryl's older images  "Sally'sWeigh in " the sentiment reads " I'm not overweight .... I'm just nine inches too short " a quote by Shelly Winters! this applies to me as I am aiming to get a little bit fitter atm !!!!! think it is the idea of Summer arriving has us all in that mood :) I coloured with my usual promarkers.

Sassy Cheryl's new Rubber Stamps

Judy is the Sassy host this week for Sassy Cheryl's challenge and we are following a sketch! I used the digital image "Patience secret"  and guess what !!!!!!! this image also comes on a sheet of RUBBER STAMPS !!!!! everyone knows I LOVE rubber stamps and already have a hugh collection, check them out HERE in Cheryl's new shop and the digital version is HERE, I also love the sentiment and extra images included.

Sassy Cheryl's challenge week #158 Fancy edges

It's Tuesday so that means it's Sassy Cheryl's challenge day again ( the weeks are flying by sooooo fast) Judy is this weeks hostess with the theme " Fancy edges" I used my nesties and Martha Stewart punch for my borders and added the gorgeous image Shes all ears but I cut off her ears ( ouch) sorry Cheryl :)  I love to cut out Sassy images to add to different backgrounds, I have added a photo of the full image ears intact, I LOVE this image !

Sassy Cheryl's challenge week #157, Green/white and orange

 

 

Well I have a reason for choosing the theme for this weeks Sassy Cheryl's challenge as we are celebrating St Patricks day soon, I have a red haired Irish Sassy Noah this week and I'm not sure if he is waiting for the St Patricks day parade to go by or a certain little lady :) anyway he is all dressed up for the occasion and has his little Irish flag to wave!

I used the image " Come here often" coloured with promarkers and added glossy accents to highlight.
